InnLedger provides hosted property-management, direct-booking and accounting software ("the Service") to businesses. By creating a workspace you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
The free plan is provided without charge for the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the billing period. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
You retain all rights to the data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the privacy policy, and you may export it at any time. We keep daily backups for 30 days.
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited messages, to store unlawful content, or to interfere with the Service or other tenants. We may suspend workspaces that do.
We aim for 99.5 % monthly availability excluding announced maintenance. Support is provided by e-mail on business days.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage; in no case beyond the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately for material breach. After termination your data is deleted within 30 days.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the seat of the provider.
